Non-Refundable Deposit
A $25 non-refundable deposit for all new clients. Once you have paid your deposit, we will reach out to you confirming your upcoming appointment. To confirm your appointment, please send your deposit of $25 to one of 2 virtual payment service’s listed below. Your deposit does go towards your service, it is nonrefundable.

Cancellation policy
Please be advised that cancellations made up to [48 hours] before a scheduled appointment via [email, text, phone call] will be processed without a penalty.
Cancellations made [48 hours] or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of $50. This includes appointments where our service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away, pets are not secured, or the client is unavailable.
If Serenity Cleaning Service cancels an appointment with less than [48 hours notice], a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
